Tamara Page attended Occidental College and Art Center College of Design before going on to work for many years for The Walt Disney Co. as a conceptual artist. Later, she created both traditional and digital artwork for companies such as Microsoft, Sony and Mattel. Late in 1999 she joined her husband's Los Angeles-based design firm Trike Communications, helping to create branding and production design for music- and entertainment-based clients. For the last ten years, she has focused her creative efforts on whimsical and detailed found-object assemblage art, often themed around religious iconography. She donates her time and art for many local fundraisers and her work as earned her awards in several group and juried shows. The colorful Mexican folk-art culture of the American Southwest border region, and her desire to create beauty and wonder from object long-since discarded has influenced her fine art passions. Tamara currently lives and works in the historic and eclectic town of Bisbee, Arizona.
